I'm a quiet observer with a habit of thinking in systems — about technology, about industries, about how things connect.
By day, I'm a technology strategist at Microsoft, working with insurance companies across Europe on AI and digital transformation. I've spent thirteen years at the intersection of technology and insurance — first as an SAP consultant, then as someone who helps executive teams make sense of what's changing and what to do about it.
But I'm not only my job title. I grew up in Serbia, built my career across several countries, and now live in Munich. That mix of places and perspectives shaped how I think — always looking for patterns across boundaries. Outside of work, you'll find me on a tennis court, reading about history, or listening to jazz. This site is where I try to structure the thoughts I never get to during the day.

Perspective
Technology should serve people, not the other way around
This sounds obvious until you watch an organization spend two years implementing a system that makes everyone's job harder. The best technology disappears into the background. It amplifies human judgment instead of replacing it. That's the standard I hold my work to.
AI is an inflection, not an iteration
I see AI — especially agentic AI — as a structural shift, not an efficiency tool. The organizations that treat it as foundational strategy will create non-linear advantage. Those that bolt it on will fall behind in ways that are hard to reverse. I find this fascinating and a little unsettling, which is why I write about it.
The best thinking happens between disciplines
Growing up in one culture, working across several, and living in another taught me that the most interesting ideas emerge at boundaries. Between technology and business. Between strategy and execution. Between what we know and what we're still figuring out. I try to stay in those in-between spaces.
