That focus has given me the ability to see both what technology can do and what this industry actually needs. Today at Microsoft, I help executive teams make sense of AI — not as a buzzword, but as an architectural shift that changes how insurers operate, compete, and serve their customers.
I believe AI's real value in insurance is about augmenting human judgment, accelerating decisions, and enabling new customer relationships. I've seen this firsthand — designing AI adoption strategies, running Copilot workshops for leadership teams, and helping organizations move from pilot to production.

Perspective
AI as inflection, not iteration
I see AI — especially agentic AI — as a structural inflection point for insurance, not an incremental efficiency tool. The organizations that treat it as foundational strategy will create non-linear advantage. Those that bolt it on will fall behind in ways that are hard to reverse.
Augmentation over replacement
The most powerful AI implementations I've been part of don't eliminate human roles — they elevate them. In regulated industries like insurance, trust, empathy, and explainability remain irreplaceable. The goal is AI-augmented expertise, not automated decision-making.
Proof over promises
I've learned that insurance executives don't move based on vendor narratives — they move based on peer outcomes. The most effective thing I can do is help create real, production-grade proof points and then let those stories travel. Customer proof beats slideware every time.
